Reservation Policy

Appointments can only be booked through our online booking system or in person during your visit. We do not accept appointment bookings via email, direct messages (DMs), or over the phone. To ensure the best availability, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and for no-show or cancellation fee purposes. This is a strict policy to maintain smooth operations and to better serve all our clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As an appointment-only studio, we value each of our clients and are committed to providing exceptional, personalized service. To maintain this level of service, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, the following conditions will apply:
    • Any promotions or specials applied to your appointment will be forfeited.
    • If you are part of a treatment series, the missed appointment will count as one session in the series.
    • If you used a gift certificate, 100% of the service cost will be deducted from your balance.
  • Rescheduling or Cancelling Before 24 Hours: To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, you must use the link sent to your phone and email when you first booked the appointment. This is the only method available to reschedule or cancel before the 24-hour notice period. Cancellations and rescheduling cannot be done via email, phone, or direct messages (DMs).
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to inform us within the 24-hour period that you will not be able to make your appointment, you may do so by email or phone. Please note that at this point, the last-minute cancellation fee will apply, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Payment Processing & Rescheduling Policy:

If we are unable to process the payment for any reason (such as a declined card), you will not be able to reschedule your appointment until payment is successfully received. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and can be processed prior to your next appointment.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) to the credit card on file. Additionally, your account will be marked as a no-show. Please note that after two no-shows, you will be unable to book future appointments with us.

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Non-Transferable: Gift certificates cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Series of Treatments Policy

Treatments purchased as part of a series are non-refundable. However, if you wish to exchange the remaining treatments for other spa products or services, we will issue a credit of equal value toward future services or products.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, but unfortunately, we are unable to extend service times for late arrivals. You will be responsible for the full-service charge, and your appointment will end at the scheduled time.

Jewelry and Valuables

For your safety and convenience, we recommend that you leave valuables, including jewelry, at home or safely stored prior to your visit. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Promotions

  • Spa promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, third-party gift certificates, or special discounts.
  • If a promotion is applicable to a future appointment, it must be redeemed at the time of booking and cannot be carried over if the appointment is canceled.

Refund Policy

All products and services are final sale and cannot be refunded. We are unable to process returns for any purchased products or treatments.

Right to Refuse Service

We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all of our clients. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual under the following circumstances:

  • Health & Safety Concerns:

If a client presents with a medical condition or health issue that could negatively impact the effectiveness or safety of the treatment, or if the treatment is deemed inappropriate based on the client's medical history (e.g., allergies, infections, open wounds, pregnancy, or other contraindications), service may be refused.

  • Disruptive or Inappropriate Behavior:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or any actions that disrupt the peaceful and professional atmosphere of the spa. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate language, refusal to follow instructions, or failure to respect spa staff and policies.

  • Non-Compliance with Policies:

Clients who refuse to adhere to the spa's policies or terms and conditions, including but not limited to the use of proper attire, appropriate conduct, or non-compliance with consultation requirements (such as health questionnaires or prior approval from a physician) may be denied service.

  • No Show or Late Cancellations:

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment or repeatedly cancel or reschedule without adequate notice (as outlined in our cancellation policy) may be refused service in the future.

  • Under the Influence:

Service will be refused to any client who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or is deemed incapable of making informed decisions regarding their treatment.

  • Payment Issues:

Service may be refused if there is a failure to provide proper payment or if any financial transaction is disputed or unresolved (e.g., insufficient funds, chargebacks, etc.).

  • Age Restrictions:

Certain services may have age restrictions, and service may be refused to individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirements for specific treatments.

Client Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment or receiving services at The Lair, clients agree to comply with all spa policies, including the right of the spa to refuse service in the above-mentioned circumstances.
